Where we read your prices

My website's searchWe search your site for each product people track, then read the product page daily. A shared spreadsheetGoogle Sheets, OneDrive or SharePoint link that anyone with the link can view. Excel or CSV. A product feed fileA CSV, Excel or JSON file at a fixed address, e.g. your Google Shopping feed. A product APIA JSON address that lists your products. Add a key if it needs one.

Your site's search address

Columns we look for: model or part number (or barcode), price incl. VAT, and optionally stock, product link, condition, warranty and picture. Names don't have to match exactly.

What you sell

New goodsBrand-new stock. RefurbishedInspected and repaired, sold with a warranty. Second-handPre-owned goods from a registered dealer. A mixA condition column in your list says which.

Questions

What does it cost?

Nothing at the moment. If that changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before and you can leave at any time.

Which products do you show?

Only products PriceMapper users track, matched by model or part number (or barcode). New products appear as people start tracking them.

How are refurbished and second-hand prices shown?

Apart from new prices, marked with their condition and warranty, so shoppers compare like with like. They never count as a product's "best price new".

How do I change my details or stop?

Reply to any email from us. Stopping takes effect from the next morning's check.
